It's No Big Deal!

It's 5:52 AM and I'm writing in our garage. I can feel the cool breeze of December air while my hubby walks around the front of the house to breath the morning air. Can't stop myself from thinking of how God blessed my life with all of these things. Can't think of anything I did to deserve these...

The past year has been so far the best year of my life. Though it's not full of adventures as others have, I can say it's been a year of realizations. I've learned a lot of things about myself and my faith. Because of those realizations, I pledge to change for the better. I don't want to be trapped into a never ending square one again...as my favorite author Bro. Bo said in his Sunday program. "the element or success doesn't have a slogan of Ready, Aim, Fire...it should be Aim, Fire! Aim, Fire! Aim Fire!" We need to try and do it...if it doesn't work the first time, try again and just do it...until you succeed. Was one of those people who dread rejection, change and failure...those were my two biggest fears. But when I've learned that those who fear change are the most unhappy people in the world...I've realized that it's true. I can't say I'm happy with my life because I haven't tried so many things...haven't experienced much, haven't traveled much, haven't tasted much, haven't spoken much, haven't touched other's lives much...and those are my regrets...Nothing much have changed...

Now I don't want to live a mediocre life anymore. Need to live life to the fullest. Get as much experience life has to offer and don't ever be afraid to fail. My battle cry now would be "No Big Deal!" Who cares if I don't win? Who cares if I don't succeed the first time? Who cares if I was rejected? There is always another chance...always...What's important is I don't give up and I make it a habit not to fear failure. Just like Manny Pacquiao said after being defeated by Juan Manuel Marquez in their recent fight.."We will rise again!".
