At Last!

I am so proud of myself. I was able to manage my online job and for the first time I was able to follow my scheduled task. It really pays to be organized! I just created an excel file folder entitled SCHEDULE and put in my scheduled task for the day. It does show that I need to create review task for two of my blogs and a personal entry on another one and I cannot believe my eyes that I was able to finish it just on time! It makes me really happy and fulfilled. Now I've realized that if you organize you time - no matter how small the task is - and you stick to it...you will feel that somehow you have accomplished something important and it would make you strive to continue doing it. I'm happy to be back!

Not So Good Day for Me

SEPT. 29,2008 MONDAY I don't really feel well today. Actually, I came home before 4:00 am and luckily I was able to see one of my teammates and had the chance to seat next to them. I had 2 sup calls on the first 3 hours of my day, my head is aching throughout my shift, we ate at Mcdo spending a hundred bucks for a meal I should've not ordered...imagine, they charge P10 for a small chicken gravy! I thought I already passed my scorecard only to find out that another "Very Dissatisfied" survey came which is really not intended for me. I had a coaching session with my very considerate TL and I he said he would have it exempted for ADP. ADP is like a performance evaluation...if your are on ADP - you need to pass the next three consecutive scorecards to still continue to work for Convergys - and a lot of people, including my friends, was'nt able to pass it which means... they need to find a place to work elsewhere. August 25 Saturday Afternoon 5:22 PM I was about to get ready to go to work as my shift tonight will start at 8:15 PM however I feel I need to blog about what happen to my day in a daily manner to make it a habit. So here I am documenting important things that happened earlier. I and Icey was invited  by Mark Yu, our batch mate (actually I forced him to invite us) for a quick breakfast at Borough Podium. I've never heard of the place but Ice told me its cozy. So after our shift,we went directly to the place and yes it is, the place is indeed cold, cozy and class. Mark is already waiting for us inside. The reason why he will treat us for breakfast is because he was promoted as a Quality Specialist. Well, I was shocked to know at first that I was not even asked to be interviewed for the same position. 30 DAY HABBIT

Hayz, I don't know what's wrong with me as I literally drag myself to write a post here. I used to be very excited whenever I post something here but I'm running out of words and I really feel inadequate. There's really something wrong. Starting tomorrow, I will start my30 day habbit. According to my favorite author and preacher Bo Sanchez, if you want to be successful in something..you need to constantly do it at least in the next 30 days. If so, it will be a habit of yours you will continually do it even after 30 days. I will start tomorrow...I hope I can do this! Aja!
